Ashes Memorial Jewellery would like to help to make your Christmas special.  Please follow our delivery guidelines below to ensure your treasured jewellery is with you in time for Christmas. Items ordered after this dates below that won’t be available for Christmas delivery will automatically receive a FREE Gift Pack for you give the recipient.  If you prefer we can send it directly to them to save you time.  This includes a glitter tree decoration and personalised gift cards showing what our team will be crafting for them in the New Year, note pad and pen.

 For gold rings and glass collection jewellery the ashes/hair need to be with us no later than the 30th November.

For silver, gold & resin jewellery the hair/ashes need to be with us no later than the 6th December

For resin Christmas decorations & resin keyrings the ashes/hair need to be with us by the 10th December

Order deadlines for gift cards and our self fill jewellery are Last orders by 20th December

Once your order is placed. Please send straight away a heaped teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair per item made to us ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY with your name and order number on. Any ashes received after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.  Once your loved ones ashes are received we will email you.

Your special Jewellery will be sent back you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the Royal Mails premium tracked and insured service. All jewellery will be dispatched at the latest by the 21st December.

At this time of year we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays caused by the Royal Mail’s Christmas surge. We will of course do everything we can to ensure your jewellery is with you in time.  We will email when your order has been dispatched with a Royal Mail Tracking number.
