We always treat your loved one’s hair and ashes with respect. Any that are not used during the creation of your ring hair will be returned to you with your completed order. We also include a special commemorative card to record the date your jewellery was made. Free delivery within the UK is available with all orders. Please allow up to 6 weeks for us to make your ring before dispatching it.
In order to keep your precious gemstone looking as good as new, please follow our care guide. It is important to remove resin jewellery when sleeping and avoid exposure to water for prolonged amounts of time (e.g swimming, washing hands and showering). Resin is sensitive to chemicals which can damage it’s colour and lustre, so protect your ring from perfumes and beauty products. Store your ring in the box provided and out of direct sunlight.
