We treat your loved one’s ashes or hair with the upmost respect. Any hair or ashes that are not used when we craft your ring will be returned to you with your completed order. We include a personal commemorative card with your loved one’s name and the date your ring was crafted. Free delivery within the UK is available with all orders. Please allow up to 6 weeks for us to make your ring before dispatching it.
It is important to help preserve the beauty of your resin gem by following our care guide. Please remove your ring when sleeping and in situations where it could be exposed to water for prolonged amounts of time (e.g swimming, washing hands and showering). Resin can be sensitive to chemicals so protect your ring from perfumes and beauty products. Store your ring in the box provided, out of direct sunlight.
