Order online through the website or contact Julia via phone or WhatsApp – I am always happy to help you choose your perfect piece and I will be the lady crafting all your special ashes jewellery for you.
After placing your order, we’ll send you a secure ashes or hair collection pack. This includes a guide on how to send ashes, a zip-sealed bag, a return envelope, and a ring sizer if needed.
Once we receive your pack, Julia will start crafting your treasured jewellery in the specialist woodland memorial jewellery workshop. Mark will also send you a confirmation via email or phone to let you know your loved one’s ashes or hair has been received safely.
When your beautiful piece of jewellery is ready, Mark will post it to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor its journey and sign for it upon arrival.
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully wrapped, along with any unused ashes, ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Mark, is the glue that holds the office together answering emails, lovingly sending out all the order packs and posting and packing all your special jewellery once Julia has finished crafting it. Mark also visits the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter once a week to collect metal and supplies for Julia. We are a small but mighty team.
