Returns & Refund Policy

At Ashes Memorial Jewellery I want you to be completely happy with your piece. If there is a problem with the quality of your jewellery, for example a manufacturing fault, please email me at info@ashesmemorialjewellery.com with a photograph and a description. I will assess it myself and come back to you. If I find a manufacturing fault, I will remake your piece free of charge.

Please note that pendant chains, resin keyring loops and teddy bear resin charm loops are guaranteed for three months, owing to the nature of wear and tear.

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, I am unable to offer refunds unless the item is found to be faulty, for example the setting, the bail, the ring shank or the gem setting.

Jewellery ordered more than 12 months ago and damaged through wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault will be treated as a chargeable repair.

If you change your mind, I can refund you if you cancel before your piece goes into production. Once it is in production I am not able to cancel the order. To cancel, please call us on 01283 260245.

If a product is incorrectly priced on the website I am not obliged to sell it at that price. I will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Every piece is made by hand at my bench in my woodland workshop in rural Staffordshire. If I can help with anything at all, please do get in touch.
