Delivery and shipping for our memorial jewellery containing Hair, Ashes or Burial Soil
Your treasured jewellery will incorporate Hair, Ashes or Soil. We treat the hair, ashes or burial soil with the utmost care and respect. Whilst they are in our care they will be clearly labelled and stored in separate order bags with a job sheet for our specialist jewellers.
Each piece of Jewellery will be separately and individually crafted for you by Julia. Julia has been a skilled jeweller for over 20 years.
We need one teaspoon of ashes or soil, or a twist of hair equivalent in thickness to your small finger per piece of Jewellery. Any unused hair, ashes or burial soil will be returned to you with the finished Jewellery.
Sent and Delivered by the Royal Mail
Once your order is placed either online or via the phone on 01283 260245 we will then post you an order pack. The pack will contain everything you require to send us the Hair, Ashes or Soil.
We ask that you send the filled pack back to us Royal Mail Signed for delivery using the packaging and envelope provided.
We will return your finished Jewellery to you free of charge via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
