Once your order is placed we will post an order pack to you. This contains everything you need to send your loved one’s ashes or hair to us. You will receive your pack within the next 5 business days.

Step 1: Choose your memorial jewellery
Enjoy Browsing Through Our Range Of Handmade Designs
Each one of our pieces can be made with ashes or hair. Once you have chosen your desired piece of jewellery please go through the product options to personalise it.
If you require an item to be worn all the time, our Everyday Collection is ideal.
Step 2: Place your order
After Ordering We Send Out An Order Pack
You can either buy through our online secure payment gateway or call us on 01283 260245.
You will receive your pack within the next 5 business days.
Step 3: Return your order pack
Your Pack Contains Everything We Need
- Into the zip-seal bag place one teaspoon of ashes, or lock of hair, per item ordered.
- If you have ordered a ring, include the ring sizer set to your desired finger size.
- Original or good quality copies of any handwriting engraving you would like. These may be emailed if preferred.
Remember to include your name on the zip-seal bag.
Post back to us via a Royal Mail Signed For service in the return envelope provided.
Step 4: We create your treasured piece
Relax And Wait
Once we have received your loved one’s ashes or hair your order will be carefully made in our workshop.

It takes on average 4-6 weeks to create your special jewellery before dispatching.
Step 5: Receive your special jewellery
Beautifully Presented In A Stunning Gift Box
Once your order is complete we will package it in a beautiful presentation box. You will also receive a commemorative card stating the date we created your treasured piece. Any unused ashes or hair will also be returned with your order.
Your order will be sent securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This is a tracked, insured and signed for service.
